Reviews
Very delicious chicken.
We ordered the combo and had bbq and honey sauce.
The portions are very big and definitely work for two.
The air conditioning is on, so if you are a person that feels cold easily I recommend to bring something warm.
It is our first time in Red Chicken here in Hong Kong and it was a great experience, The food we ordered was exceptional, The chicken was not too spicy and can be eaten easily, the pork rice with cheese was so delicious although it was hard to eat because of the thickness of the cheese (expected).
We ordered beer with honey and we both liked it. Looking forward to our next food trip here.
The menu is posted here but please expect that prices are subject to change as per the decision of the red chicken management.
A very authentic Korean Fried Chicken place which has very crispy and well seasoned chicken. The honey one was really well complimented to friend batter and indeed very tasteful.
It is more liked decent Korean street food served in a well seated place which is good for friends bantering and gathering. Can find ok beer selection. The only thing is they have a 90-min policy though and can only seated when all arrived.
Staff are friendly and easy to communicated. Reasonably priced in a way
Randomly walked in as we were craving fried chicken. It was a nice space. The huge windows overlooking the street, with the Korean music coupled with the fact that it has very rustic interiors kinda helps with the whole feeling of being in Korea (sort of). Chicken was HUGE (pieces wise) but the portion of the giant chicken pieces was small. Would have love to have smaller pieces but a bigger portion? But overall itβs a good experience. Staff were very nice as well.
Went to this restaurant for some authentic Korean dishes. π·πππ π©ππππ ππππ π²πππππ was to die for. Although the savory thinly sliced steamed pork did not have an appetizing color, it made an incredible combo with the crunchy radish and tangy kimchi. πΉπππ πͺπππ πΊππππππ were delicious as well. Glazed with a sweet and spicy sauce, these skewers were made of rice cake, sausages and fish cake. Rice cakes were slightly crunchy on the outside while chewy and soft on the inside. As for the π―πππ-πππ

πͺππππππ, we went for half plain and half seasoned in sweet and spicy sauce (shouldnβt have ordered the same sauce as the rice cake skewers!) Both of them were coated in a crispy, crunchy batter and tender and juicy inside. The plain one was deep-fried to golden perfection while the other one was saucy and satisfying.
One thing of chicken is huge - definitely enough for 2 people or more.
Chicken was incredible. Great sauces. The honey lemon ones (pictured) were incredible.
We came in at 10 pm with a group of 25 and they accommodated us. We were able to split the bill into groups of 4 which was very nice.
Mango smoothie was good, strawberry yoghurt one was better. Both very true to description.
They also had non-chicken options. Steak, etc. Everything ranged from about $100-$200 +
Lots of drink options as well.
Korean Fried Chicken
I like the fried chicken and the chips. The chicken is nicely fried, itβs not over-cooked either. The pork was excellent too.
But the sauce and flavouring are a bit too much and excessive, overshadowing the already delicious chicken.
But in general, not bad at all.
Some of the best chicken I have had in my life
